　　When an interviewer asks this question, s/he is trying to find out what you consider your strengths. From your resume and from the interview so far, s/he will have an opinion about what your strengths are. Now s/he wants to find out if you value the same strengths as s/he does. 　　1. You should prepare a clear answer to this question before the interview. By preparing in advance, you will sound confident about your own abilities and your character. Preparation is the key to this question.
